By browsing, booking a salon service, or placing a shop order you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or pay at checkout.

Services and products

We sell salon nail services (booked in studio) and physical goods through the online shop, including handmade press-on sets. Service menus, durations and prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) on the Services and Shop pages.

All prices include GST unless we say otherwise. Shipping, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees.

Press-on sets are handmade, so shade and finish can vary slightly. Photographs are a guide, not an exact match.

Orders and bookings

A shop order is confirmed only after Razorpay confirms successful payment and we send you an order confirmation. Until then, no contract exists.

A salon booking is confirmed when we accept the slot (online, WhatsApp or in person). Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need a shorter service or a reschedule.

We may decline or cancel an order or booking where we cannot verify the address, stock has run out, we cannot staff the slot, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund any amount already paid in full on the timeline in the Refund Policy.

Payment

Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Limited, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We never collect, store or have access to your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. Card data stays with Razorpay under PCI DSS.

We accept the methods Razorpay enables on our account (typically UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Currency is INR.

Cash on delivery: you pay ₹50 online to confirm the order, and the remaining amount to the courier on delivery.

If a payment fails, you are not charged. If an amount is captured in error, we refund it under the Refund Policy.

Delivery

Physical goods are delivered as described in the Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when the courier marks the parcel delivered to the address you gave.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the 2 working-day initiation and 5–7 working-day bank credit timelines.

Using the products safely

Our products are cosmetics for external use. Stop using them and seek medical advice if you have a reaction. Keep adhesives away from children and out of eyes.

If you have a known adhesive allergy or a nail condition, talk to us or your doctor before using press-on sets or booking a service that uses gel or acrylic.

Your account and acceptable use

Give accurate name, phone and address details. You are responsible for access from your device.

Do not misuse the site (fraudulent payments, scraping, interfering with checkout, or posting unlawful content).

Intellectual property

Photographs, nail designs, text and branding on this site belong to File & Style. Do not reuse them commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our liability for any shop order or booking is limited to the amount you paid for that order or booking.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The version in force when you paid applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer.

How to raise a complaint

Email, call or WhatsApp us with your name, order or booking reference, and what went wrong. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
