Where we deliver
We ship anywhere in India. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched the same day from our Kalkaji studio. If an order is placed late in the evening, it leaves the next morning.
If something you ordered is going to take longer, we will call or message you on the number you gave at checkout before we ship.
Delivery time
Delhi NCR usually arrives 2–4 working days after dispatch. The rest of India usually takes 4–8 working days, depending on the pin code.
These are the courier's working estimates, not guarantees. Festivals, weather and regional restrictions can add a few days.
Shipping charges
Shipping is ₹79 on orders below ₹1,000 and free at ₹1,000 and above. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on delivery takes ₹50 online to confirm the order; you pay the rest to the courier when it arrives.
Tracking
Once your parcel leaves us we will send the courier name and tracking number to your mobile number. If you have not heard from us by the next working day, please call us.
If a parcel does not arrive
Tell us within seven days of the expected delivery date and we will raise it with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit we will resend the order or refund it in full — your choice.
We cannot take responsibility for a parcel marked delivered to an address you asked us to leave it at, so please give an address where someone can receive it.
How to raise a complaint
Email, call or WhatsApp us with your name, order or booking reference, and what went wrong. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
